AS 16 *SPOILERS*
Oct. 8th, 2006 05:28 pmwas amazing. Oh my goodness. I knew that Sevy was Lailah, but wow. The Sandalphon/Metatron thing? OMG!
And the grown-up Metatron controlled by Sandalphon was HAWT. The scene with him and Lailah had me cackling with sickened glee.
Meanwhile, yay for Sara being back in her own body! Boo for Raphy being such a bastard! Honestly, he was sich a bastard in this volume; geez!
As for Kira...still hot and still my favorite bishounen, but a bastard, too. Of course, he is Lucifer, and you gotta feel bad for everyone who's thrown their lot in with Rosiel (goodness...), but still, you'd think he'd feel a little bit as he was slaughtering people right and left. Of course, this could be the fact that Kira's hiding in their somewhere and this is Rosiel's Lucifer as opposed to anything else.
Michael was cool; his sensing Lucifer made me laugh but I love Michael no matter what he does, because he's been a bastard (though a lovable one) since Day One. Setsuna is growing up, which I like; he's a lot less hot-tempered and is acting more like savior, especially dealing with Raziel, who you can't help feel bad for, because he's so adorable no one takes him seriously.
The scene with Lailah and the now-dragon-thing (I can't remember his name; I want to say Yggdraisil (sp) but I think that's wrong) at the end was really, really sweet. I feel bad for Lailah, even though she was Sevy. She still had a heart; she still cared for Metatron, even beyond the project.
And I miss Zaphikel, who was just frickin' cool. He liked tea. I liked that.
So...I really want to know what happens, but still...I don't want it to end. :(
Umm. Choir today. Both in church and in community. Inc hurch we sang at the service; our guys were gone and I was the only alto who actually sings. It was interesting, to say the least. Community choir went well too.
Umm...no school tomorrow. Yippee!!
