Sweet! I'll have to check out Grinnell. :) I understand what you mean about getting out of the area--my mom wants me to stay nearby, so she keeps on pushing me toward Georgetown and Johns Hopkins. Of course, those are great schools, so I'm not exactly complaining, but.
Yeah, I'm planning on studying languages in college, so I figure getting away from English as much as possible would be good--or at least being in driving distance of one. ^_^ I'm thinking French (since that's what I'm taking) or classics (taking Latin at school, took Greek at camp), or plain old linguistics, but really, ANY language would be awesome. My goal in life is to be one of those people who can say "I have working knowledge of 26 languages lolz!!!" (like the author of this book I'm reading...)
