nebuliaSwimming today. Pretty mellow...but in dryland the weight I benched was just this side of heavy. I'll be sore tomorrow. But I have to get stronger, and it wasn't unbearable, just hard.
good news: I found, on the animenation preowned site, Spiral DVD 2 (my favorite Spiral DVD) for 5.99. I bought it. YAY!
