nebulia: a nebula (boring)
So, yeah...definitely benched a tad too much on Wednesday. I'm still sore.

mmm...and really really tired...I'm going to bed soon. The twelve-hour practice is tomorrow--it's never actually twelve hours, more like eight, but it sounds better. But I have to be there at 6:30, and then we have a two-hour practice, and then we run, and then we eat tons of food, and then we play games, and then we eat more food, and then we have fun and watch movies. So really a two-hour practice, some running, and Animal Ball (like water polo, only the one rule is: No Drawing Blood. Everything else is a-ok).

But tomorrow they start Bleach and Trinity Blood on Adult Swim! Yay!

And so that's that. I think there was something else I wanted to say but I can't remember.

And i tried out for the play last night. This year, we're doing The Laramie Project, and it's causing a lot of controversy because it's about Matthew Shepard. There's also a lot of language, and people are questioning if it's appropriate.

But I really, really like the play, and it's going to be a blast. The fun? It's a boring week around here, so this is the top story, this controversy. So, yesterday, just before we auditioned, Little Sully and I were kicked out of the theatre because the reporters were there and they could only take three students and we didn't want to be on TV.

But they were still packing up 40 minutes later when I got up on stage to give my monologue, which was Tiffany Edwards, who rants about the media. Literally, the first line was, "These people are predators."

Oh, irony. It was so funny. They caught nearly the first half of my monolgue as they were walking out, which talks about how a journalist attempted to interview a judge as he was at a urinal, and, at the end, all of the people watching cracked up. Simply because it was the perfect monologue to say right after that.
