I'm HOOOOME...

Wow. Talk about amazing. We flew into Munich and then meandered our way down to Salzburg and then traveled to Vienna and went home...nine days including traveling. I'm not too jet-lagged, though I'll certainly be off for a while, but we got into Chicago at 7:30 ish and then had a six-hour drive home. So I slept a teensy bit on the plane and then was unconscious the whole way home. And then I slept from four to ten-thirty. It was pretty good. Oh, it was nice.
Hmmm...anything else...it was AMAZING! I have fic ideas galore and the places were so romantic...I really loved Neuschwanstein Castle (The Disney castle)...so, so romantic!, Melk Monastary (the library was fabulous!) and St. Stephan's Cathedral (we climbed to the spire...I fell in love with the staircase and the room at the top!). But it was all great. Salzburg was pretty cool, too...all quaint and old-world charm. The scary thing is, we wandered so much in the five days we were there that I actualy could get around Salzburg without getting lost easily. It was so cool, though...*sigh*
I could ramble forever on it, so I'll stop here while I have the chance.
BTW, the Da Vinci Codee soundtrack is AMAZING! As is a new artist I found in Germany and an now in love with, Deva Premal. Her stuff is so peaceful! It's amazing...yes, I am incapable of most complex thought processes at the moment...
Umm...started chapter 18 for Dark Roses. It'll be a while, though.
