Assassin-falls-in-love... with a little girl that's kind of like his daughter, and then with the mother (who is never said to be even pretty in the story). And this: It is not some manly, rippling, raw sexuality, with tight clothes and a six-pack. That only happens in romance novels, or whatever, not real life.
